Enjoy the 38m² of the perfectly laid-out Andalusian Duplex for a stay with family or friends (up to 4 people), or in one of our two apartments with separate bedrooms in the Oasis residence. You'll have a spacious living area with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, etc.), and a dining area. In addition, you'll have access to a sunny private balcony with chairs, a parasol, and a table, a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious mezzanine with a double bed (140x190cm). Located on the first floor and facing south, the Andalusian Duplex at the La Palma Residence is pleasant and bright. To help you settle in quickly, bed linen and a welcome kit will be provided.
